Davies Group UAE was founded in 1997 by twin brothers Kevin and Clive Butcher, and remains a family-run business to this day. Known throughout Dubai's malls, hotels and shopfitting community simply as "The Twins", Kevin and Clive have spent nearly three decades building relationships, delivering projects, and earning a reputation that precedes them across every major retail and hospitality development in the emirate.
Their hands-on approach, deep knowledge of the UAE construction landscape, and unwavering commitment to quality are the foundations on which Davies Group UAE was built — and the reason the company remains one of Dubai's most trusted fit-out names nearly 30 years on.

Davies Group UAE is a well-reputed British run Dubai based company. Our strong team of 30 professionals have led projects across the UAE and Gulf States. We aim to create sustainable environments ensuring client satisfaction, employee fulfilment and financial performance.
The majority of our 15 site craftsmen and joiners have each been with the company for over a decade, carrying out our civil works directly on every site, while a dedicated Projects Administration Team and in-house Designers and Draughtsmen handle every drawing, document and authority submission from concept through to detailed design. MEP works are delivered by the same trusted sub-contractor partners we have worked alongside for ten years and more — a team that has grown with us, not been assembled for the job.
