Many fit-out contractors move on the moment a project completes. Davies Group UAE takes a fundamentally different view. The relationships we have built with clients over nearly three decades are built on trust — and trust is maintained by being there when it matters, not just when the contract demands it.
All Davies Group UAE projects carry a full 12-month defect liability period. Any defect, fault or issue arising from our workmanship within the first year is fully rectified at no charge, without question and without delay. We stand behind everything we build.
Where practically possible we dispatch a repair team the same day an issue is reported. For high-footfall retail and F&B environments, downtime costs money. We treat every urgent call as a priority and mobilise immediately to protect your trading operation.
We carry out regular site visits to our past clients to identify and address issues before they become problems. Joinery, fixtures, lighting, flooring, signage and all installed elements are inspected and maintained — protecting the investment you made in your fit-out.
Additional works, alterations and upgrades are always offered to existing clients at very reasonable preferential rates. We value the long-term relationships we have built and price accordingly — fairly, transparently and well below what a new contractor would charge.
