A full F&B fit-out for Al Baik — one of Saudi Arabia's most iconic fried chicken brands — at The Dubai Mall. Davies Group UAE delivered the complete branded environment, from the illuminated feature wall and signage through to the digital queue and menu boards, order counter and open kitchen.

Al Baik is one of the most recognised and fiercely loved fast food brands in Saudi Arabia, famous for its fried chicken and garlic sauce. Bringing that brand into The Dubai Mall meant matching the energy of the original — bold red and orange branding, the illuminated top-hat mascot logo, and a fast-moving high-volume ordering flow — inside a fully mall-compliant fit-out.
Davies Group UAE delivered the complete space: the backlit orange feature wall and illuminated signage, a bank of digital menu boards, a branded order counter with the Al Baik mascot logo, a digital "now serving" queue display, stainless steel open kitchen, and the stanchion queue system needed to manage the volume this brand consistently draws.
This is one of several Al Baik fit-outs Davies Group UAE has delivered across the UAE, including a further location at Expo City Dubai.
