Concept design is the foundation of every successful fit-out, and it is where our in-house architects and interior designers spend the most care. Before a single technical drawing is produced, we invest time understanding your brand — its identity, its customers, its commercial objectives — and translate that into initial mood boards and spatial planning that captures your brand's DNA.

We typically present multiple distinct concept directions at first draft stage, so you are choosing between real creative options rather than approving or rejecting a single idea.
How long does the concept design stage take?
Most concept design stages take 1–3 weeks depending on project size and how quickly feedback is turned around, though larger flagship projects can take longer.
Is concept design included in the fit-out cost, or billed separately?
