Forrey & Galland is a premium French chocolatier and confectionery house, and its Dubai Mall boutique was built to match that standard of theatre. Davies Group UAE delivered the full interior fit-out, from the branded glazed storefront through to every showcase, counter and light fitting inside.
The signature feature is a cascading crystal chandelier installation that sweeps across the ceiling in sculptural drifts, catching the light above the counters and display cases. Warm wood-panelled walls and a rich orange-lit ceiling frame the space, while gold Islamic-pattern screening dresses the seasonal window displays with a distinctly Middle Eastern character.
Display counters and glass cases were built to showcase the full confectionery range — chocolates, macarons, pastries and gifting sets — with dedicated shelving for boxed gifts, ribboned packaging and seasonal displays. Every surface was finished to premium retail standard, built in-house through the Davies Group Workshop to handle the fine detailing this brand demands.
