A complete refurbishment of a private waterfront villa on Palm Jumeirah — full exterior patio and landscaping works, swimming pool surround paving, marble staircase flooring and a suite of bathroom renovations, delivered end to end by Davies Group UAE.

This private waterfront villa on Palm Jumeirah was refurbished in full by Davies Group UAE, covering the entire property inside and out. Externally, the work centred on a complete patio and landscaping renovation — every walkway, driveway and entrance area was re-laid in sandstone-effect paving, with new pool-surround flooring specified to the correct slip rating, drainage access covers reset flush within the new paving pattern, and garden borders re-landscaped alongside the irrigation system.
Internally, the villa's bathrooms were fully renovated with polished marble-effect porcelain tiling to floors and walls, floating stone-top vanities with black countertops and twin undermount basins, chrome mixer taps, round wall mirrors and brushed stainless towel rails throughout. A feature cream marble staircase with bullnose tread detailing was also installed as part of the wider flooring package.
