When a shop, restaurant or office closes, most landlords require the unit to be handed back to shell and core condition — every partition, ceiling, floor finish and service connection installed during the fit-out removed, and the base structure made good again. Our demolition and rip-out teams manage this process from first strip to final landlord sign-off.

Where a business is simply relocating or downsizing rather than closing altogether, we can remove goods, fixtures and equipment without full demolition — taking care to protect anything worth retaining. Several clients ask us to go a step further and pack, transport and store retained fixtures, furniture and equipment at our own facility until they're needed at a new site.

Every strip-out is scoped and quoted upfront, with waste removal, MEP disconnection and any structural making-good included as one accountable contract — the same in-house team that built the space is equally capable of taking it apart safely and cleanly.
