A full bakery-café fit-out for BarTartine at Dubai Hills Mall — a warm, timber-clad dining hall built around an artisan bread and pastry counter, complete with bespoke joinery, feature lighting and a full kitchen build, delivered end to end by Davies Group UAE.

BarTartine's Dubai Hills Mall flagship is built entirely around its bakery — a full-length glass display counter carrying fresh bread, pastries and viennoiserie front and centre as guests walk in. Davies Group UAE delivered the complete fit-out, from the dark-framed mall-facing shopfront through to the dining hall and kitchen beyond.
A run of timber slat cladding wraps the feature wall, lit by warm neon signage reading "To Bread & Friendship", while a full bakery display counter in stained oak runs the length of the entrance. Overhead, a cluster of paper lantern pendants sets a softer, café-like tone over a mix of booth seating, café tables and a built-in banquette, with exposed red-painted ductwork left visible across the ceiling.
This is the only BarTartine location Davies Group UAE has delivered in Dubai to date — and one we're particularly proud of, with the finished space turning out exactly as envisioned.
Davies Group worked closely alongside the brand's concept design team based in Lebanon to execute this fit-out.
