A retro-Americana diner fit-out for Roadster at Dubai Hills Mall — exposed brick and brass, a custom New York skyline mural, bold typographic feature walls and a full kitchen and bar build, delivered end to end by Davies Group UAE.

Roadster Diner's Dubai Hills Mall flagship brings the brand's retro American diner identity to life across a full-height dining hall — exposed brick, gold pendant lighting and a run of green and white subway tile carrying the brand's bold, all-caps copywriting from one end of the restaurant to the other.
A hand-painted New York skyline mural — Chrysler Building spire and all — anchors the rear wall, while a corrugated green feature wall declares "We Keep Everything Fresh" beneath exposed teal-painted ductwork. A gallery of illuminated retro light-box artwork — eye charts, burger gauges and "Young, Happy & Hungry" signage — turns the brick wall into a feature in its own right, while semi-private booth pods with frosted glass dividers and a black-and-white striped entrance runway give the space real depth.

Davies Group worked closely alongside the brand's concept design team based in London to execute this fit-out.
