A design concept for Oakley at Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, for long-standing client Al Boom Marine. Davies Group UAE developed the full interior design concept for this store and worked alongside the appointed local fit-out contractor through to completion — the installation itself was carried out by that contractor rather than Davies Group UAE directly, with Davies Group UAE supporting design intent and detailing throughout the build.

Al Boom Marine has worked with Davies Group UAE on Oakley stores across the UAE for years, and brought that same relationship to this store in Jeddah. For this project, Davies Group UAE's role was design-led rather than turnkey: developing the full interior design concept — the storefront treatment, category zoning, merchandising walls and service counter — then working alongside the local fit-out contractor appointed to carry out the physical installation in Saudi Arabia.
The finished store follows the same global Oakley concept language as Davies Group UAE's UAE stores: a bold illuminated storefront with Arabic and English signage either side of a full-height LED screen, an interior zoned clearly by category — Surf, Lifestyle, Training and Golf — and a backlit service counter anchoring the store around the brand's ring-logo.
Working across a border with a different contractor on-site meant close, ongoing coordination to protect design intent through construction — from finish specification to fixture detailing — without Davies Group UAE holding the installation contract itself.
