Most Dubai villas have flat or low-pitch roofs, which means waterproofing is doing the real work of keeping water out — not the roof covering itself. We install GRP roof systems (glass-reinforced plastic) as a seamless, fully bonded waterproof membrane across flat roofs, roof terraces and balconies, finished with UV-stable top coats that handle Dubai's sun without cracking or degrading.
Where an existing roof is already failing, we strip back and re-waterproof properly rather than patching over a failed membrane — identifying and resolving the source of any leak before new waterproofing goes down. Roofing scope also includes parapet wall detailing, drainage outlet upgrades, insulation where required, and detailing around AC units, skylights and roof access points, which are the most common places a roof actually fails.

Core waterproofing work includes full membrane replacement, GRP roof system application to flat roofs and terraces, liquid-applied membranes for complex detailing, and torch-on or cold-applied bituminous systems where specified.
