Roadster Diner's Mirdiff City Centre store sits on a true corner unit, giving the brand two full storefront frontages instead of one — Davies Group UAE mirrored the fascia signage and glazed steel-frame shopfront across both elevations so the diner reads clearly from either direction of the mall corridor.
Inside, the brand's signature hand-painted New York skyline mural — Chrysler Building spire and all — anchors the dining room against exposed brick, while a corrugated green feature wall carries the "From Our Ingredients To Our Attitude" copywriting beneath hanging pendant bulbs. A full-height brick pillar houses an illuminated light-box gallery — eye charts, burger gauges, "One Way" signage and vintage Roadster artwork — turning a structural column into one of the store's strongest visual moments.
A black-and-white striped runway and raised seating platform steps up into a semi-private dining area beneath a red neon "We Love Burgers" sign, while yellow and burgundy booth seating, teal industrial ductwork and a tiled service bar carry the diner's retro identity through to the back of house.

Davies Group worked closely alongside the brand's concept design team based in London to execute this fit-out.
