Food & beverage is one of the largest parts of our business. Over more than 30 years in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, we have delivered hundreds of branded restaurant, cafe and fast-casual fit-outs — from neon-lit dining destinations to bakery counters and mall food-court concepts — for operators who need every unit to open on time and to brand standard, every single time.

A successful restaurant fit-out has to work on two levels — it needs to look incredible and it needs to function under real kitchen and service pressure. Our team designs and builds with both in mind: kitchen adjacency, extraction and grease-trap routing, service flow, food authority compliance and seating density are resolved alongside the creative concept, not after it.

We have delivered F&B interior fit-outs ranging from neon-lit casual dining destinations to fast-casual counters and bakery cafes, for operators including Kitopi, Cravia Inc. and Al Homaizi. Every restaurant fit-out includes full MEP coordination, extraction and ventilation, bespoke joinery from our in-house workshop, feature lighting and signage — delivered as a single turn-key restaurant fit-out contract from empty shell to opening day.

We work closely and alongside the client's kitchen equipment supplier to make sure of a simple installation. We will work with the client's nominated kitchen equipment supplier, making sure all our MEP services are correct.
