The oven — wood-fired, gas-fired or electric deck — dictates flue routing, extraction capacity, heat-rated finishes and clearances long before a single booth or bar stool gets specified. Our team resolves the kitchen engineering first, then builds the dining concept around it, so the finished space looks the part and performs under real Friday-night pressure.

We have delivered multiple Pitfire Pizza locations across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, each combining an American diner-style dining room with a dedicated bar and DJ counter, an outdoor terrace for al fresco dining, and a full stainless-steel back-of-house kitchen built to food-authority specification.

Every pizza shop fit-out includes full MEP and extraction coordination, bespoke joinery, feature lighting, signage and gallery-wall detailing — delivered as a single turn-key contract from empty shell to opening day.

Front-of-house is only half the brief. Behind every dining room we build a back-of-house kitchen sized and specified for the concept's real service volume — prep counters, cold storage, wash stations and the pizza oven pass itself, all finished in food-authority-compliant stainless steel and tile.

Outdoor terraces and al fresco seating are increasingly part of the pizza shop brief in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and we handle the additional permitting, shading and flooring works required to deliver them as part of the same contract — no separate contractor, no handover gaps.
