Pitfire Pizza is one of Davies Group UAE's most repeated F&B partners, with locations delivered across Dubai and Abu Dhabi — each one built around the brand's signature American diner-style identity. The Emaar Business Park restaurant in Dubai Hills occupies a full-service footprint spanning an indoor dining room, a dedicated bar and DJ counter, and an outdoor terrace.
Floor-to-ceiling black metro tiling and exposed timber roof beams set the tone throughout the dining room, with red and orange booth seating running the full length of the space. A curated gallery wall of pop-art prints and gig posters runs above the booths, brought together with brass and globe pendant lighting and warm timber tables.
The bar counter is finished in black marble with backlit timber shelving for spirits display, opening onto an outdoor terrace with timber-topped tables for al fresco dining. Behind the scenes, a full stainless-steel back-of-house kitchen — with dedicated pizza oven pass, wash station and cold storage — was fitted out to full food-authority specification. Every fixture, finish and feature wall was designed and built in-house by Davies Group UAE.
