Davies Group UAE delivered a complete restaurant fit-out for Denny's at Festival Plaza, Dubai — one of several Denny's locations delivered across the UAE, each finished in the brand's bold, retro American diner identity with a full dining room, service counter and feature entrance.

Denny's is one of Davies Group UAE's most recognisable F&B partners, with several locations delivered across the UAE, each built around the brand's bold, retro American diner identity. The Festival Plaza restaurant occupies a full-service footprint with a striking entrance feature, open dining room and service counter.
A dramatic yellow steel trellis weaves across the entrance and ceiling, anchoring the illuminated 'Denny's' wordmark and 'Welcome to Denny's' signage that greets guests from the mall corridor. Tan leather booth seating runs throughout the dining room beneath a black-and-white mountain photo mural and a curated gallery wall of city photography.
At the service counter, retro red, orange and yellow striped tiling frames the open kitchen pass and hand-lettered 'Your Diner, Your Place' signage, finished with warm timber cabinetry and a dedicated barista station. Every fixture, finish and feature wall was designed and built in-house by Davies Group UAE.
