Community mall fit-outs often involve a mix of mall authority requirements and Dubai Municipality permits. Our team manages both regulatory streams in-house and is experienced working within the specific access and trading-hours constraints that community malls involve.

Do you deliver fit-outs at smaller community malls in Dubai?
Yes — we deliver at every tier of Dubai's retail landscape, from The Dubai Mall through to community malls like Springs Souk, Festival Plaza and City Centre Me'aisem. The same team, workshop and project management process applies regardless of mall size.
Are community mall fit-outs subject to mall authority approval?
It depends on the landlord. MAF, Emaar and Nakheel operate authority approval processes across their community mall portfolio — we hold approved contractor status with all three. For community retail not within a managed mall portfolio, Dubai Municipality permits apply, which we also manage directly.
Can you match brand standards across flagship and community mall locations?
Yes — this is one of the main advantages of our in-house workshop model. Whether we're fitting out a flagship at The Dubai Mall or a community location at Springs Souk, the joinery is manufactured on the same equipment by the same team to the same specification.
