Davies Group UAE has been an active fit-out contractor here since the mall's opening — delivering across retail, F&B, casual dining and hospitality formats for some of the city's most recognised brands.
We hold approved contractor status with Emaar, and our team manages the full authority submission and approval workflow in-house. Dubai Hills Mall operates to tight design standards and a defined palette of approved materials — our experience here means we can advise on what will sail through approval and what will cause delays before a drawing is produced.
All joinery and bespoke feature elements are manufactured at our own workshop in Ras Al Khor, giving us direct control over quality and delivery schedules at every stage.
