Al Ain is the UAE's fourth-largest city and a significant retail market in its own right — the UAE's only UNESCO World Heritage city, with a large and growing population and an established mall network anchored by Al Jimi Mall, Dalma Mall and Bawadi Mall. Davies Group UAE delivers fit-out services across Al Ain for retail brands expanding their UAE presence beyond Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
We have completed the Oakley shopfit at Al Jimi Mall in Al Ain — a full retail fit-out to Oakley's international brand standards, covering the storefront, internal joinery, display fixtures and signage. The project was managed and built by our own team from our Dubai base, with all bespoke joinery manufactured at our Ras Al Khor workshop and transported to site.
Al Ain fit-outs operate under the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development and the specific landlord authority requirements of each mall. Our team manages both the permit process and any landlord submission in-house, coordinating from Dubai for seamless cross-emirate delivery.
