Dubai Outlet Mall is one of the UAE's largest discount and outlet retail destinations — a Limitless development in the Al Barsha South area of Dubai, drawing strong footfall from residents across the southern communities and attracting a dedicated shopper base for its branded outlet offering. Davies Group UAE has recently completed a major fit-out here: Beyond The Beach Outlet, a large-format multi-brand store spanning nine surf, swim, footwear and lifestyle labels within a single cohesive retail environment.
The Beyond The Beach project involved delivering the complete fit-out in one coordinated scope — illuminated storefront signage, full shopfront glazing, and every dedicated in-store brand zone for labels including Seafolly, Rip Curl, Billabong, Quiksilver, Oakley, Reebok and others. Each brand zone has its own distinct display system, lighting approach and fixture layout, all brought together within a consistent light timber, white shiplap and geometric grid design language that reads as a single premium retail floor.
This kind of large-format multi-brand fit-out requires tight coordination between brand specifications, mall authority requirements and a single site team delivering across the full floor simultaneously. Our project management team handled the full scope in-house — from the authority submission and shopfront installation through to every brand zone's joinery, fixtures and final dressing.
