Davies Group UAE has delivered retail fit-outs at Festival City including the Rebecca jewellery boutique, a high-specification luxury retail unit with bespoke joinery, glass showcases and feature ceiling detailing.
Festival City Mall operates within Emaar's authority framework, and as an Emaar-approved contractor Davies Group UAE manages the full design submission, material approval and fit-out NOC process in-house. For premium and luxury retail clients, the regulatory quality bar at an Emaar mall is one of the highest in Dubai — our experience means we can advise on what will pass approval from the earliest design stage.
All bespoke joinery, showcase units and feature elements were manufactured at our workshop in Ras Al Khor and installed by our own site team, with every detail matched to the Rebecca brand's international standards.
